In home documentary photography. Completely un-posed, natural moments of your family. These can be taken during breakfast, lunch, chores, gardening, a day at the grandparents, canning vegetables/foods, outside play, homework, laundry, etc. The moments we don't ever think to photograph but will one day look back and wish we had those moments in an album.
